isn't the job interview one of the worst things we have to go through as an adult?

We search through job sites and agencies like www.adizar.co.uk searching for suitable positions to apply for. We slave over cover letters and CVs, filling in overly lengthy generic application forms and submitting tasks asking for all sorts. Then, if we're lucky we at least get a reply and if we're super lucky we get invited to interview.

Then the stress comes along, preparing your outfit, researching all about the company, preparing all your possible answers to all the possible questions they might ask, preparing your own questions for them.

And then you get to the interview and have to do the whole interview dance, telling them why you'd be amazing for the job, giving them all the answers they want to hear and basically begging them to give you the job. What a charade!
